Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company is not liable for loss or damage from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Account responsibility: You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

For paid subscriptions, a valid payment method is required. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment of those taxes.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for properly canceling your account through the account settings page.

Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Afterward, access may be revoked and content may be deleted.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, with or without notice.

Prices for paid services are subject to change upon 30 days notice posted through the Service or website.

The look, feel, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Document.Bot.

You retain ownership of material you provide to the Service.

Raw or analyzed API data may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or made available as a standalone product without prior written permission.

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and govern your use of the Service.
